Terms and conditions for consumers
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Vashii app, which connects users with professional beauty and wellness experts, including freelancers, facilitating an efficient experience for services such as relaxation massage, hairdressing, barbershop services, nail tech, and makeup. Enjoy these offerings anywhere and whenever you need, whether at home or in partner establishments, catering to the needs of both women and men.
1. USING THE VASHII APP AS A CONSUMERS
1.1 Vashii offers an information society service via its platform, facilitating the connection between clients and beauty and wellness service providers. Vashii does not provide any beauty or wellness services directly. Such services are rendered by independent professionals with whom you enter into a contract for service provision. Vashii assumes no liability for the execution of services contracted between you and the service provider. Any disputes arising from consumer rights or obligations under applicable law shall be addressed between the client and the service provider. Information regarding the service providers and their offerings is accessible within the Vashii platform, and receipts for services rendered will be dispatched to the email address linked to your profile.
1.2 As a client, you engage with a service provider through the Vashii platform to obtain beauty and wellness services. Payment options may vary based on your location, allowing you to settle payments directly with the service provider in cash or utilize the Vashii in-App Payment. Charges will encompass applicable taxes mandated by law and may include additional fees, such as booking fees or surcharges. You may also opt to provide a gratuity to the service provider, either directly or via the Vashii in-App Payment; Vashii reserves the right to impose limits on gratuity amounts at its discretion.
1.3 During the installation of the Vashii app, your mobile number is linked to your user account and entered into our database. Should you cease using your mobile number, it is imperative that you inform Vashii within seven (7) days to facilitate the anonymization of your account data. Failure to notify us of any changes may result in unauthorized access to your data by a new user of your former mobile number.

2. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

2.1 Vashii may issue promotional codes for specific promotions, which can be applied toward payment upon the completion of a service. Each promotional code will be subject to additional terms specific to that promotion. Expiration dates for promotional codes will be indicated within the Vashii platform once applied to your account.
2.2 If the total cost of your service exceeds the value of the redeemable promotional credit, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your designated payment method. Promotional credits are valid only for the specific service transaction and cannot be carried over to subsequent transactions. Only one promotional code may be utilized per service request.
2.3 Vashii reserves the right to revoke any promotional code at any time, for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where Vashii determines codes have been used unlawfully, issued in error, or expired.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Depending on the available payment options at your service location, you may settle payments for services using various methods, including credit cards, mobile carrier billing, or other methods as presented within the Vashii app. By utilizing the Vashii in-App Payment service, Vashii acts as a commercial intermediary for the service providers. Each service provider has appointed Vashii as their agent for the mediation of service contracts, including the authority to accept payments and remit them to the provider. Your obligation to the service provider is fulfilled upon your instruction to transfer funds to Vashii's bank account. You bear the responsibility of ensuring that payments are executed and that sufficient funds are available.
3.2 You may choose to provide a gratuity to the service provider through the Vashii in-App Payment service. Gratuities can be made via authorized methods within the app. Vashii will not withhold any commission from the gratuity, which will be transferred to the service provider in full, subject to applicable taxes. Vashii reserves the right to withhold gratuities if the payment appears to be fraudulent, illegal, or in conflict with these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 When processing payments via the Vashii in-App Payment, Vashii receives and forwards your payments to the service providers. Additional verification data may be requested from you to confirm your payment method.
3.4 Vashii is not liable for any fees incurred from third-party payment providers (e.g., mobile operators, banks). Such providers may impose additional charges when processing payments related to the Vashii in-App Payment. Vashii disclaims all responsibility for these fees. Your chosen payment method may also be subject to terms imposed by third-party payment providers; we advise reviewing those terms prior to use.
3.5 Vashii assumes responsibility for the functionality of the in-App Payment service and will provide assistance in resolving any issues. Disputes related to in-App Payments will be managed through our support channels. For payment-related inquiries, please contact support@vashii.com. All inquiries submitted via email or the Vashii app will receive a response within one business day. Vashii will address complaints and issues related to in-App Payments within two business days.
3.6 Upfront Pricing: You may be presented with an option to agree to a fixed price for a specific beauty or wellness service prior to confirmation. This fixed price will be communicated to you via the Vashii app before your service is requested. The upfront pricing will not apply if you alter the requested service during the appointment, if the service duration exceeds the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances, or if other exceptional conditions affect the service characteristics.
4. ORDERING AND CANCELLING SERVICES
4.1 By requesting a service, and upon acceptance by the service provider, a contract for the provision of that service is established.
4.2 Once a service provider confirms their intention to fulfill your request, you enter into a separate agreement with them. Vashii does not render services nor is it a party to your agreement with the service provider.
4.3 Cancelling an ordered service occurs when you withdraw your request after a service provider has accepted it. If a service request is canceled after a specified time, a cancellation fee may apply.
4.4 Repeated cancellations of service requests within a 24-hour period may result in a temporary suspension of your account. Following multiple warnings, your account may be suspended for a defined period (e.g., six months). After this period, you may request reactivation, subject to Vashii's review.
4.5 Should a service provider notify you of their arrival and you or your guests do not arrive within the timeframe specified in the Vashii app, the request will be deemed canceled. Additionally, service providers may cancel requests; Vashii is not liable for such occurrences.
4.6 Upon arrival of the service provider, if you fail to engage in the service, the Vashii app may begin charging for waiting time in accordance with the rates indicated in the app.
4.7 If you cause damage to the service provider’s equipment or premises during your appointment (including, but not limited to, staining or damaging property), the service provider reserves the right to impose a penalty of 50 EUR and seek compensation for damages exceeding this amount. Failure to settle the penalty or compensate for damages may result in Vashii pursuing claims on behalf of the service provider.
5. LICENSE TO USE THE VASHII PLATFORM

5.1 Provided that you comply with these Terms and Conditions, Vashii grants you a royalty-free, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and utilize the Vashii platform in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and relevant app-store regulations. You may not transfer or sub-license this right. Should your access be revoked, this license will also terminate.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 As the Vashii platform serves as a communication conduit between clients and service providers, Vashii cannot guarantee the quality or defect-free nature of the services rendered. The availability of services is contingent upon the actions of the service providers, and Vashii does not assure consistent access to service offerings.
6.2 Vashii does not act as a broker for beauty or wellness services. The platform solely facilitates the organization of service provision.
6.3 Consumer rights related to refunds do not apply to transactions made through the Vashii platform. Requests for refunds from service providers do not negate your contractual agreement for the service ordered.
6.4 The Vashii platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vashii does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Should technical issues arise, we will strive to rectify them promptly, but we cannot ensure that the platform will function at all times, particularly during public emergencies.
6.5 Vashii, its representatives, directors, and employees bear no liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the Vashii platform or relying on services contracted through it, including, but not limited to:
- 6.5.1 Direct or indirect property damage or monetary loss;
- 6.5.2 Loss of profits;
- 6.5.3 Loss of business, contracts, goodwill, or reputation;
- 6.5.4 Loss or inaccuracy of data;
- 6.5.5 Any other type of loss or damage.
6.6 Vashii’s financial liability for breaches of contract is limited to 500 EUR. Claims for damages can only be made if Vashii has intentionally violated the contract. Vashii is not liable for the actions or inactions of service providers.
6.7 You agree to indemnify and hold Vashii, its affiliates, representatives, employees, and directors harmless.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

6.1 Vashii reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the Vashii platform should you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we deem it necessary to safeguard the integrity of Vashii or the safety of the service providers.

7. BEST PRACTICES FOR USING THE VASHII PLATFORM

7.1 As Vashii does not serve as a provider or broker of beauty and wellness services, any issues regarding the quality or defects of services rendered will be addressed according to the policies of the respective service provider or applicable regulatory authority.
7.2 We kindly request that you complete the feedback form available within the Vashii app. Your feedback enables us to provide constructive suggestions to our service providers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement in service quality.
7.3 We expect you to engage with the Vashii platform in good faith, treating service providers with respect and courtesy. Vashii retains the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in malicious activities, including but not limited to withholding payment for services rendered, committing fraud, or displaying disrespectful behavior toward service providers.
7.4 While Vashii endeavors to ensure that only service providers of high integrity and professionalism utilize the platform, we cannot guarantee that all service providers will consistently meet these standards. Should you encounter unsatisfactory service, we encourage you to report your experience to the relevant service provider, a supervisory authority, or our customer support team.

8. MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
8.1 Should any substantial amendments be made to these Terms and Conditions, you will be notified via email or through notifications in the Vashii app. Continued use of the Vashii platform following such notifications will constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

9. CONCLUDING PROVISIONS
9.1 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. In the event that a dispute arising from these Terms or your Agreement cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be conclusively settled in the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia. If any provision within these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the parties shall replace it with a valid provision that closely aligns with the intent and economic effect of the original.​
